For Intensive and Free Shot modes, select a level from 1 to 5, starting with level 1 for initial use. Press the shot button to deliver shots, keeping the head in firm contact with the skin for the duration of the 3 vibrations (2 seconds) per shot. For the Cooling Care Mode, glide the device smoothly over the skin for 3 minutes. The cooling mode allows a maximum of two consecutive uses before a 10-minute overheat prevention mode is triggered. Clean the device head after use with a soft cloth, gauze, cotton pad, or cotton swab, ensuring no water or liquid enters the charging port or buttons as the device is not waterproof.
