退货与退款政策

退货

我们接受签收后 30 天内的退货。商品必须未经使用、保留原包装，并保持您收到时的状态。

退款

收到您的退货后，我们将检查商品并通知您退款状态。审核通过后，退款将在 5-10 个工作日内退回至您的原支付方式。

换货

如果您需要更换商品的尺寸或颜色，请联系我们的客服团队安排换货。

Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. As all orders ship from Korea, we recommend contacting us before returning an item so we can advise on the most economical method.

If the item arrived damaged, defective, or was not what you ordered, we cover all return shipping costs. Please contact us with your order number and photos before sending anything back.
