The ILLIYOON Fresh Moisture Lotion is a lightweight vitamin C moisture lotion designed for normal to oily skin types and moisture-deficient skin. Featuring a refreshing floral citrus scent with top notes of bergamot, thyme, cardamom, and green, middle notes of rose, jasmine, and tea, and base notes of cedarwood, patchouli, and musk, this lotion absorbs quickly without stickiness so you can put on clothes right after application. The formula is free from animal-derived ingredients, mineral oil, parabens, polyacrylamide, synthetic colorants, imidazolidinyl urea, and triethanolamine. Note that it contains cacao extract which gives it a naturally yellowish tint.

Clinical testing conducted by P&K Skin Research Center Co., Ltd. from March 7, 2022 to March 15, 2022 on 30 adult women aged 20 to 39 demonstrated a 142.9% increase in skin moisture immediately after use, a 24-hour moisture persistence effect, a skin temperature reduction of 4.7°C following heat exposure, and a 92.684% decrease in dead skin cells. In user evaluations, 100% of participants felt their skin texture felt smooth after absorption, 96.66% felt their skin became healthier, and 96.66% felt irritated skin was soothed. The product also achieved a skin irritation index of 0.00 in human patch testing.
