ISNTREEE Chestnut BHA 0.9% Clear Toner is a mild exfoliating toner designed for normal to oily skin types. It helps remove excess sebum, clear out pores, and smooth rough skin texture without needing to be washed off. The formula features an upgraded design utilizing upcycled ingredients and eco-friendly packaging, including green tea recycled paper and soy ink printing, along with an easy-peel water-separase label. Developed after extensive research, the toner is stabilized at a pH range of 3.5 to 4.0 to deliver the maximum effectiveness of betaine salicylate.
